Why use ginger essential oil?
Used since the Middle Ages in cooking and medicine, ginger essential oil is an unparalleled digestive essential oil. It is unanimously recognized for its anti-nausea properties, used for motion sickness and even in cases of nausea in pregnant women beyond the third month. Many anti-nausea products sold in pharmacies are formulated with ginger rhizome. Ideal in cases of declining sexuality and reduced libido, ginger acts in synergy with the essential oil of ylang-ylang, that of Chinese cinnamon as well as essential oils such as rosewood or the very expensive and so prized Damascus Rose. It is only slightly irritating to the skin. How to properly use ginger essential oil?
