Why use black spruce essential oil?
Very powerful, black spruce essential oil is mainly used against fatigue and physical and mental exhaustion. It is also useful in cases of respiratory infection (congested bronchi, cough) or skin infections (mycoses, acne or infected psoriasis). This essential oil is cortico-mimetic, meaning that it mimics the secretion of cortisol, the stress hormone. It therefore acts on the secretion of endogenous hormones by stimulating the adrenals, the thyroid and the pituitary gland. Be careful not to use it orally in case of kidney failure. If in doubt, do not hesitate to seek advice from a health professional (pharmacist, doctor). How to properly use black spruce essential oil?
