Homemade toothpaste with coconut oil:
Mix 40 ml of mint hydrosol + 0.3 g of xanthan gum (wait for the gum to be completely hydrated). Then add 15 g of white clay + 50 g of calcium carbonate + 2 g of baking soda + 5 ml of coconut oil + 10 drops of peppermint essential oil + 20 drops of grapefruit seed extract . Mix well !
Sanitizing mouthwash:
Place 1 tablespoon of ORGANIC coconut oil in your mouth and rub it between your teeth like a classic mouthwash for about 10 minutes. Coconut oil will help cleanse your mouth by eliminating bacteria harmful to your oral health, slow down the formation of tartar and reduce bad breath. Then spit out the coconut oil and rinse your mouth with water.
Whitening treatment for teeth:
Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil preferably. Brush your teeth normally using this mixture then rinse. To be done once a week.
