5 quick recipes & tips for the body using shea butter

Treatment recipe against stretch marks with shea butter

Melt 30 g of Shea Butter, 30 ml d'calophyll oil, 30 ml d'rosehip vegetable oil and 10 g of beeswax. When the oily mixture is melted, remove the container from the heat. Add 10 drops of vitamins E then mix until cool. Transfer to a pot, let cool for 24 hours. To be used daily on the stomach, buttocks and hips from the start of pregnancy to reduce the risk of stretch marks appearing.

Diaper cream recipe for red buttocks

Melt 150 ml of oily calendula macerate, 150 g of shea butter and 16 g of beeswax. When the oily mixture is melted, remove the container from the heat. Add 80 g ofzinc oxide then mix vigorously until cooled. Transfer to a pot then leave to cool. To use daily to get rid of little red buttocks. Be careful, this cream has a very thick texture but when you apply it, it melts on contact with baby's skin and is therefore very easy to use.

Recipe for firming balm for the bust

Melt 50 g of shea butter, 40 ml of bellis macerate and 10 g ofoliperle. When the mixture is completely melted, remove it from the heat then add 10 drops of vitamin E, 5 drops ofItalian Helichrysum essential oil and 5 drops ofEgyptian geranium essential oil. Transfer to a 100 ml jar. Leave to cool for 24 hours. Apply to the bust in the evening on clean, dry skin. Please note, this treatment based on essential oils cannot be used during pregnancy.

Recipe for tan-extending after-sun balm

Melt 40 g of shea butter, 48 ml of carrot macerate and 12 g of oliperle. When the mixture is completely melted, remove it from the heat then add 10 drops of vitamin E. Transfer to a pot then leave to cool for 24 hours. Apply in the evening after sun exposure to clean, dry skin.

Firming and anti-stretch marks

These are terpene alcohols like lupeol, which strengthen the elasticity of the skin. The breasts are curved, the skin is firmer. More elastic skin also means “stretches” more easily.
