Recipe

Powerful and very degreasing, this scouring cream will remove the most stubborn encrusted stains without risking scratching your surfaces (pans, hanging dishes, hotplates, shower walls, tile joints, etc.).

As a bonus, baking soda provides its descaling, deodorizing, disinfecting and anti-mold properties, very useful for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom!

Usage

Tip 1: If you'd like a stronger mechanical and abrasive action for surfaces that don't mind scratching (saucepan bottoms, cast-iron casseroles, stone floors, etc.), replace the 2 tbsp of blanc de Meudon with 2 tbsp of pumice powder. Caution: this new mixture may scratch fragile materials! Always test on a small, inconspicuous surface. Tip 2: You can adjust the consistency of your cream by adding a little blanc de Meudon to thicken it, or black soap to liquefy it. Tip 3: For very fragile surfaces, replace the baking soda and rhassoul in this recipe with blanc de Meudon, and you'll get a scouring cream that's ultra-degreasing, but also very gentle. Did you know? Because it's so powerful and degreasing, we recommend you always wear gloves when using scouring cream. Do not use this recipe on rough surfaces such as wood, unvarnished marble, painted or waxed surfaces. Always test on a small, inconspicuous surface before proceeding with a major cleaning job!

Precautions before starting

Before starting, it is advisable to clean and disinfect the work surface and the utensils: the prepared products will go on the skin, it is therefore necessary to avoid any microbial contamination!

Thoroughly clean the BeautyMix. Then, soak a clean cloth in 70° alcohol (available in supermarkets) and use it to disinfect the BeautyMix tank and all the utensils. Let dry.

Clean the work surface and remove objects that could get in the way.

Place a clean paper towel on the work surface, and place the utensils on it. Have available: a clean teaspoon or spatula, and a clean, dry container for pouring the preparation once ready. Wash hands thoroughly.

Respect the dosages indicated for the ingredients of the recipe.
