You can run the robot's cleaning program (purple) with water and washing-up liquid, then rinse the bowl and dry it with a clean cloth, or put it in the dishwasher.
For fatty products such as beeswax and cocoa butter when making balm, first remove excess product by wiping the sides with a cloth or paper towel while the bowl is still hot. Clean the bowl with very hot water and soap.

You can use ingredients that you already have, or that you wish to buy from another retailer. However, the recipes developed by our formulator are tested and validated using only our ingredients. We ensure their efficacy, safety and texture through laboratory testing and validation by toxicology experts. If you choose to use other ingredients, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the result. In particular, the substitution of emulsifiers and foaming agents in our recipes greatly impacts the quality of the finished product and is not recommended.
